How to Turn Off Automation in ServiceM8

You can follow these steps whether you're guiding a client or performing the steps yourself:

  1. Log in to your ServiceM8 account.

  2. Go to the Settings.


  3. Select Automation from the list of settings.

  4. Find the specific automation you'd like to disable and click the button to turn it disable the automation.
