Integrating ServiceM8 with Lana Account

Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to integrate your ServiceM8 account with your Lana account for seamless operation.
Key Steps
Step 1: Log into Lana Account 0:00
Open your web browser and navigate to the Lana login page.
Enter your credentials to log into your Lana account.
Step 2: Access Manage Subscription 0:11
Once logged in, locate the 'Manage Subscription' option on the dashboard.
Click on 'Manage Subscription' to proceed.
Step 3: Navigate to ServiceM8 0:21
In the top right corner of the dashboard, find your name.
Click on your name to reveal a dropdown menu.
Select 'ServiceM8' from the dropdown.
Step 4: Proceed to ServiceM8 Dashboard 0:34
You will be redirected to the ServiceM8 dashboard.
Click on the 'Next' button to continue.
Step 5: Log into ServiceM8 Account 0:40
If prompted, enter your ServiceM8 account credentials.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the login process.
Step 6: Notify Lana Software Team 0:47
After successfully logging in, send an email to support@laner.software.
Inform them that the integration process is complete.
Step 7: Receive Webhook Link 1:00
Wait for a confirmation email from the Lana team.
The email will include a webhook link.
Step 8: Save Webhook Link 1:09
The webhook link contains a personal identification number.
Ensure to save this link in a secure location for future reference.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that you have the correct login credentials for both Lana and ServiceM8.
Do not share your webhook link with unauthorized personnel as it contains sensitive information.
