Internal Comments for Enhanced Team Collaboration in LANA Software


With this latest LANA Software update, the Internal Comments feature allows users to add private notes within conversations, boosting collaboration and communication while keeping discussions internal.


The Internal Comments feature in LANA Software allows users to add private, internal notes within conversations. This feature enhances collaboration and communication among team members, keeping comments hidden from contacts.


How to Use Internal Comments:

Adding Internal Comments:

  1. Within a conversation, click on the Internal Comment option in the composer.
  2. Type your comment and, if needed, tag users by typing @ followed by their name.
  3. Click Send to post the comment, visible only to internal users.

Filtering Internal Comments:

  • Mentions of Me Filter: To view conversations where you’ve been mentioned, apply the Mentions of Me filter. You can also filter by conversations mentioning a specific user.
  • Internal Comments Filter: To view all internal comments within a conversation, select the Internal Comments filter.


Managing Notifications:

Ensure your notification settings are enabled to receive alerts for mentions or updates in relevant conversations.

  1. Go to Settings > My Profile > Notifications in LANA Software.
  2. Enable notifications for mentions and conversation updates to stay informed.
