With our new customizable 404 error page, you have the freedom to design a unique webpage that greets your users whenever they come across an error page on your website. This page functions just like any other webpage and allows you to incorporate your preferred branding and messaging, along with links to different sections of your website to keep users engaged with your content.

Previous Functionality

In the past, whenever a user encountered a 404 error page on your site, they would be presented with a generic error page. This default page often lacked clarity and assistance, leading to user frustration and potential abandonment of your site.

New Functionality

Now, thanks to the customizable 404 error page, you can enhance the user experience significantly. Craft a page that aligns perfectly with your brand identity. This improved functionality not only boosts user engagement but also helps reduce the bounce rate.

Setting up your customizable 404 error page is straightforward.

1. Navigate to domain settings. Connect your domain and setup your 404 page under additional options

2. If you already have a domain setup, go to edit domain

3. Choose your 404/Error page

Please ensure that each domain has its own distinct 404/error page.

After choosing your personalized 404/error page, any users experiencing a 404 error on your site will be automatically redirected to your customized 404 page.
