Signing Up A User

Once you have your whitelabel items complete to your needs, you can then send your customers to your Agency Group Send Gateway site, which will be seen in your /dashboard here
There are 2 options for users creating their account.
Option 1 - Self service. Send them to the agency link
Option 2 - You sign them up manually yourself through your back end.
NOTE: At the time of writing, the new Agency Level API controls are not yet available from GoHighLevel. This means we are unable to automatically add API and SID keys to your High Level instance on behalf of your users Accounts.
If you are signing up your clients, the additional step is to create their subaccount with you from within your dashboard here: https://prnt.sc/twpnbk
Then log in as them, through your agency link to continue.
The next steps is what a client will see when they create their account.
Your clients can then create a regulatory bundle (Not required for US/Canada numbers) which will allow them to generate a phone number
Once they have a bundle, they can then create a new number.
You will see their SID details on their account within your sub accounts list:
You can then switch these keys within your agency settings in High Level to get them live.
Once you have added the SID, go to the Account Location, click on SETTINGS and PHONE NUMBERS. You will see the new number there. If it's a migration, this will be the old number too. https://prnt.sc/tx2uqw
You will need to click SET DEFAULT on the number here to activate it within HighLevel.
