How to track Lead Attribution  

1. Within a conversation with a customer click on the profile image for that customer.

2. The customer's contact record will be displayed, on the top right-hand side of this screen under the tab Activity, the customer's flow will be displayed showing; how they reached your site and also the flow through your site before they decided to perform an action to contact you.

3. At the bottom right-hand side you can see if the customer has come from direct traffic or via a paid ad campaign.
