LANA Proposal Tool

Proposal Tool is an add on feature on clients subscription. This will help simPRO user to collect payments for the quotes they sent to the customers. 


With LANA Proposal tool,  you can send automatic message that will include  link your customer can access and Accept or Decline the quotation you sent and giving them option to actually pay the x amount. (Can be Deposit or Full Payment)


You can add the Proposal Tool to your subscription as an add-on for $49/month by going to your Manage Subscription Panel.



How Proposal Tool Works


Note: Proposal tool will send the message with the link depending on what status you prefer to collect payments. 


1. Set the status on simPRO (Ex. Quote: Sent to Client)


In this example we want to take %50 deposit once they accepted the quote. Then please put the value under the  Advance Deposit field.



2. Customer will receive an email with link to accept and pay and an SMS letting the customer know that you've sent an invoice. See sample below:

3. Once Pay Invoice is select, a new window will open that will show 4 steps:

  • Summary of the Invoice
  • Schedule of the Invoice
  • Sign and Accept the Invoice
  • Complete with Payment


If accepted, the status on simPRO will change to (ex. Quote accepted or Fully Paid). If it was declined, then the status on simPRO will change to (ex. Quote Declined or Archived)


Note: Status will depend on how you want to set it up on your simPRO and LANA ccount. 


Not only it will update on your simPRO account, the job and quote card will be updated as well on the pipeline on your LANA account.
